Why can't a688t Lenovo send short messages in Chinese?

Lenovo A688t has built-in Android input method, sogou input method and Iflytek input method, and supports Chinese, English and handwriting switching for input. Please go to Settings-Language and Input Method to see if the above input method exists:

A. the input method is lost:

The input method is lost, which makes it impossible to switch. We suggest that you download sogou input method and Iflytek input method from Reading Point (app.lenovo.com), and check them in Settings-Language and Input Method after installation.

B. Input method already exists:
