Notice on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Classified Examination of Higher Vocational Education in Gansu Province in 2022

First, the enrollment method

In 2022, the enrollment of classified examinations for higher vocational education in Gansu Province can be divided into three types: comprehensive evaluation admission, secondary vocational joint examination admission and single examination admission. See Annex 1, Annex 2 and Annex 3 for details of various enrollment targets, registration, examination, voluntary reporting and admission arrangements.

Second, the job requirements

(A) to strengthen organizational leadership

Higher vocational education classified examination enrollment is an important part of college examination enrollment. Admissions committees at all levels, enrollment colleges and test sites should attach great importance to it, carefully organize it, conscientiously implement the deployment requirements of the Ministry of Education and our province, and timely study and solve new situations and problems. The principal responsible comrades of education administrative departments at all levels and examination enrollment institutions are the first responsible persons, and the responsible comrades in charge are the direct responsible persons. Admissions colleges are responsible for the examination and enrollment of our school. The principal responsible comrades are the first responsible persons, and the responsible comrades in charge are the direct responsible persons. Under the leadership of local party committees and governments, colleges and universities around the country should strengthen the organization and leadership of examination enrollment and implement the main responsibility of examination safety at all levels. The main responsible comrades should go deep into the front-line command, personally check, personally coordinate and personally supervise to ensure the smooth progress of the examination and enrollment work.

(two) the implementation of epidemic prevention and control requirements.

In order to ensure the health and life safety of the majority of candidates and the staff participating in the examination, all candidates began to measure and record their daily body temperature on their own on/0/4 days before the examination, and truthfully filled out the Safety Checklist for Enrollment Candidates of the Classified Examination of Higher Vocational Education in Gansu Province in 2022 and the Physical Health Monitoring Form (see Annex 4), which were signed by themselves and submitted to the test center school for retention. Candidates are not allowed to provide false health information, and candidates who conceal their itinerary, illness, deliberately suppress symptoms, and conceal their health status and school shall be investigated for corresponding responsibilities.

From 0/4 days before the exam/kloc-,candidates should not leave Gansu Province in principle, avoid going to high-risk areas and crowded public places, take the initiative to apply for "health code" and "travel card", and continue to pay attention to the status of "health code" and "travel card".

Candidates must bring their own masks when taking the exam, and wear them when entering the test center and waiting for the exam. Whether to wear it during the exam is up to the candidates themselves. The day before the exam, print the Health Code and Travel Card of myself and my family members living together on A4 paper in color, and carry them with you for future reference (see Annex 5 for the code scanning method). Candidates who live with their * * family members in the same place and have non-green "health code" or "*" marks in the "bus card" must report to their community for health screening. Those who meet the testing requirements after screening must provide negative proof materials for nucleic acid testing twice (with an interval of more than 24 hours) within 3 days before testing.

(C) to strengthen online registration guidance

Educational examination enrollment institutions at all levels should carry out special publicity activities for online registration. County (district) education examination enrollment institutions should set up registration places and provide relevant equipment for candidates who do not have the conditions for online reporting, guide candidates to register online, and fully guarantee the orderly online registration of higher vocational education classification examination enrollment.

(D) Strengthen examination management

The education administrative departments of cities (prefectures) and relevant colleges and universities should strengthen the organization and leadership of the examination work, strengthen management, improve the system, and make careful arrangements to ensure the smooth progress of the examination work in accordance with the requirements of the national unified examination for college enrollment. The examination should be arranged in a standardized examination room, and the examination room should be monitored, closed and shielded throughout the whole process. It is necessary to implement the responsibility system of grading management of examination style and discipline, and ensure that the entrance examination is fair and just.

(5) Strengthen discipline requirements

Each test center should further strengthen and standardize the management of the examination room, closely organize the examination, and strengthen the selection and training of examination staff and invigilators. All middle schools should educate and guide candidates to abide by the discipline of registration and examination, integrity examination and fair competition. Candidates who violate the rules and regulations in the process of enrollment are investigated and dealt with in strict accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations in Enrollment of Colleges and Universities. The staff suspected of violating discipline and discipline shall be investigated by the discipline inspection and supervision department, and dealt with severely in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Production Party of China, the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of Civil Servants of Administrative Organs and the Interim Provisions on Disciplinary Actions of Staff in Institutions. Whoever organizes cheating, buys and sells cheating equipment, buys and sells test questions, and helps to cheat, which constitutes a crime, shall be handed over to judicial organs and dealt with in accordance with the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
