3. SMS Reminder Service - no charges are allowed without signing a contract

If a commercial bank provides bank customers with SMS reminder services for account changes and charges for them, they should contact the bank customer in advance through branches or electronic channels. Sign a contract; no fees will be charged if the bank customer has not signed a contract.
