2. If not, back up the data of the mobile phone. After restoring the factory settings (don't restore the backup data yet), confirm whether the mobile phone is back to normal. If the data returns to normal, it is related to the settings of mobile phones or third-party applications; Please check the mobile phone network settings and the third-party applications installed in the mobile phone.
