Setting method of remote monitoring:

1, guarding the mobile phone: enter the "Remote Guarding (Family Space)" app > log in to Huantai account > click "I want to protect my family" > scan the QR code on the guarding mobile phone with the guarding mobile phone > improve the family information and complete the guarding binding. (You can bind multiple guardian terminals at the same time. )

2. guarding the mobile phone: enter the "remote guarding (family space)" APP > click "let my family guard me" > click to join the remote guarding, and then the QR code will appear > scan the QR code on the guarding mobile phone with the guarding mobile phone > improve the family information "to complete the guarding binding.

Unbind:

1. If you are a ward, you need to unbind, and go to "Remote Guarding (Home Space)" APP > Guardian Settings > Unbind, and the connection between the guarded mobile phone and the guarded mobile phone can be released.

2. If you are a ward, the current remote guardian (family space) does not support the ward to unbind voluntarily, but when you don't need to be guarded, you can apply for manual unbinding through the help and feedback module of the remote guardian.

The specific operation steps are as follows:

(1) enter the "Remote Guarding (Home Space)" APP of the guardian phone > click ":"in the upper right corner (select "Settings") > select Help and Feedback, select the "I want to give feedback" or "pencil" icon below > select "Manual Unbind" as the feedback (question) type.

(2) Provide information such as the guardian's phone number, problem description, reason for unbinding, screenshot, etc. when binding, and submit it.

The "Remote Guarding" function is upgraded to a more powerful "Family Space" in the ColorOS 12 system, which can make it easier for you and your family to use the functions of photo update, calendar sharing, remote control and so on.
