You can't receive text messages after your mobile phone is in arrears.

You can pay the phone bill through WeChat or Alipay. Take Alipay as an example here. The specific method is as follows:

First, click "Alipay" on the mobile phone desktop, as shown in the figure.

Second, after entering, select the "Recharge Center" option, as shown in the figure.

Third, then enter the mobile phone number to be recharged and the recharge amount, as shown in the figure.

Fourth, finally choose the payment method and pay, as shown in the figure.
