Heart margin society was founded in May, 20xx 18, and has developed for more than three years. Recruitment purpose:

Preparatory work for recruiting new employees

At the beginning of August, President Tang Pengcheng, Executive Director Liang Bo and Minister of Organization of Tang Juan made plans for the recruitment work and submitted them to the directors for deliberation. Through discussion, the recruitment plan was improved, and the final plan was determined, which was transmitted by the network management to the charity network of Xinyuan Society.

All members of the third session should read carefully after uploading the plan to the website and remember their tasks.

On August 25th, Zhou Yunlong, former Minister of the Fourth Organizational Affairs Department, drafted the recruitment materials, which should be related to the promotion of our website, and uploaded them to the website for publication after being reviewed by the president.

On August 25th, Wu Juan, the former Minister of Propaganda, made a list of items needed to make a poster, and made a preliminary idea (note: 3-5 copies, please refer to our website for posters).

After the start of school, complete the task according to the regulations on recruiting new students' associations formulated by the college.

1. Materials required for making posters were collected by Wu Juan and Wu Min, Minister of Propaganda Department, Chen Jie, Minister of Finance, and Zhao Jun, Minister of Supervision, and submitted to the Federation of Students for review and signature after production. (Note: Wu Juan is fully responsible for this matter. )

2. Wu Min, Minister of Propaganda Department, will revise some posters saved at the end of last semester.

3. If publicity in classrooms or dormitories is allowed or not explicitly prohibited in the college articles of association, the publicity materials drafted by Zhou Yunlong will be printed by Shen Xiaoli, vice minister of organization, Wang Huafei, vice minister of supervision, and Tang Xiaoli, vice minister of finance, and stamped with our official seal.

4. After the school starts, President Tang Pengcheng, Executive Director Liang Bo, Organization Department Ministers Zhou Yunlong and Shen Xiaoli will be responsible for the assignment of new employees.

5. Hold a regular meeting before recruiting new employees, announce all recruitment plans, assign tasks and implement all work.

Specific publicity:

1. Post the poster made two days before the recruitment time stipulated by the college (this matter is implemented by the Propaganda Department).

2. If you can do propaganda on the radio, Wu Min, vice minister of propaganda department, will write a manuscript and submit it. (Note: the time is also 65438+ 0-2 days before the recruitment starts)

8. Recruitment process (Jane):

1. Briefly explain the application instructions and comments;

9. Full membership requirements:

1. Submit the application for membership, and the secretariat will register it;

2. Pass the interview and assessment organized by the regulatory authorities;

3. Register as a member on the community website and join the love groups and forums of Xinyuan Society;

4. Become a full member;

5. The membership card shall be issued by the board of directors or an institution authorized by the board of directors.

Post-work:

1. hold a new general meeting;

2. Collect membership dues and Lei Feng's public welfare fund;

3. Full members establish files and make membership cards and work permits;

4. Summarize the recruitment of new employees at the regular meeting;

5. Plan the examination paper arrangement, specific arrangement and marking of the association system examination in the meeting.
