Oppo mobile phone fingerprint unlocking has no response.

If the screen fingerprint recognition rate of your OPPO mobile phone is low or unrecognizable, please refer to the following methods to try to solve it:

First, check the fingerprint button:

1. Please check whether a third-party protective film is used. The third-party protective film has not been officially certified, and its performance cannot be guaranteed, which may reduce the fingerprint recognition rate. I suggest you use the official protective film.

2. Whether the protective film/touch screen in the fingerprint area is scratched or damaged. If yes, please re-enter the fingerprint or replace the protective film/screen;

3. Whether the fingerprint area is dirty, and whether the protective film has bubbles and dust. If yes, it is recommended to clean/replace the protective film;

4. After the protective film is newly attached/replaced/removed, it is necessary to re-enter the fingerprint, otherwise the fingerprint identification effect will be affected.

Second, try to reset:

1. Please open Settings >; Password and security (fingerprint, face and password) > fingerprint ",and check whether the button to unlock fingerprint data is turned on. If not, please select on, and then retry unlocking in the information screen;

2. After unlocking with the preset pattern/digital password, delete the previous fingerprint again, and set the fingerprints of other fingers to see;

3. When re-inputting, press the screen as hard as possible and input the fingerprint of the same finger from different angles, which can improve the unlocking rate and security;

4. When unlocking, tap the position of the fingerprint icon with your finger and pause for a while (don't lift your finger too fast), which can improve the unlocking rate.

Third, eliminate the environmental impact:

1. If unlocking under strong light, please completely cover the fingerprint identification area with your finger;

2. At low temperature (below -5℃), the recognition success rate will decrease. In low temperature environment, it is recommended to turn on the face recognition function to assist unlocking.
