6. The business premises are completely closed. Shopping malls, supermarkets, shops along the street and various markets and other business premises have completely stopped operating.

7. The Public Security Bureau and the Transportation Bureau jointly organized relevant units to conduct overall traffic closure control and co-ordinate efforts to strictly control personnel and vehicles. From now on, it is strictly forbidden to set up stalls and sell food across the guardrail in the surrounding areas of expressways and national and provincial trunk highways within the county.

8.
