Windows cannot be opened remotely using the application. There may be the following reasons: 1, the App needs to be upgraded; 2. Network connection problem; 3. The vehicle anti-theft module is faulty.

Solution 1: Open the mobile App store or visit App official website to install the new version of the app, and the owner can operate it by himself.

Solution 2: In places with good network coverage and stable connection, try to use various remote functions of the App.
