1. You can use a local phone card, +86, and then add the domestic number, the price is 37 cents Australian dollars, the price has increased recently.

Disadvantages: It cannot be received by all mobile phones, and some cannot be received. For example, some numbers of Shenzhouxing cannot be received, and most of China Unicom cannot be received.

Disadvantages: The other party cannot reply. However, you can have it sent to your overseas mobile phone number.
