I. Announcement on Adjusting the Management Fee of Personal RMB Current Small Account

Dear customers: In order to optimize our network resources, according to the Interim Measures for the Administration of Service Prices of Commercial Banks (No.3 Order of Banking Supervision [2003]), the Notice of the People's Bank of China on Adjusting the Deposit and Loan Interest Rates of Financial Institutions (Yinfa [2004] No.251) and the Notice on Promoting the Collection of Management Fees for Small Accounts of Banks (established in 2004). The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Definition of small account The average daily balance of an account is lower than that of 300 yuan (excluding) in the following statistical periods.

1. The charging period is: 2 1 in last quarter (excluding accounts opened after 2 1 in last quarter) to 20th of last quarter (excluding accounts cancelled before 20th of last quarter).

Average daily account balance = total average daily account balance in statistical period/number of days in statistical period.

Exemption scope of small account management fee 1, low-income account (current account discount); 2. Social security (including medical insurance) account;

Second, the charging standard and charging method

1. Small account management fee will be charged quarterly, with RMB 3 yuan per quarter.

From Mar. 2, 2065438 (i.e. Feb. 2, 2009 and Mar. 2, 2065438), the account management fee will be automatically deducted from the small account at the end of each quarter.

When deducting money, if the balance of the small account is insufficient to deduct the account management fee, it will be deducted according to the actual balance of the account, and the insufficient part will be made up later. Personal deposit accounts newly opened after 2 1 last quarter, or personal deposit accounts cancelled before 20/last quarter, are exempted from small account management fees in the current quarter.
