If you keep your mobile phone number for online banking security authentication, handheld banking, SMS banking, SMS service and other services, you find that your mobile phone number is occupied by others (including receiving SMS messages from others by mistake). In our bank, you can apply for deleting duplicate mobile phone numbers in other customers' names at any business outlets in China with your valid ID and proof of holding mobile phone numbers. Mobile phone number holding certificate includes the following two types:

1. If you hold the mobile phone number for three months, you must hold the mobile phone payment list issued by the operator for three consecutive months;

2. If you have held the mobile phone number for less than three months, you must hold the information receipt issued by the operator when purchasing the number as proof.

Tips: This transaction only deletes duplicate mobile phone numbers under the names of all other customers, but does not delete the number under the name of this customer, and the customer channel status of the deleted number remains unchanged.
