Article 4 These Measures shall apply to reporting the following illegal and criminal acts:

(1) Gathering people to gamble, opening casinos and organizing, forcing, luring, sheltering or introducing prostitution;

Article 5 According to the degree of detail and accuracy of the reported information, the degree of efforts to assist the public security organs in solving cases, and the nature and circumstances of the cases seized, the following rewards shall be given to those who have made meritorious reports:

(a) belongs to the general public security cases, give 500 yuan above 100 yuan or collect the funds involved in the reward;

(two) in general criminal cases, 500 yuan will be given a reward of up to 5,000 yuan or a reward of less than 10% of the funds involved;

(3) It is a major public security criminal case, that is, if more than 50 criminals are arrested at one time or more than 200,000 yuan in cash is seized on the spot, the reward will be more than 5,000 yuan but less than 30,000 yuan or less than 0/5% of the funds involved;

(4) If it is a serious public security or criminal case, that is, more than 100 criminals are arrested at one time or more than 500,000 yuan in cash is seized at the scene, the reward will be more than 1000 yuan but less than 50,000 yuan, or the funds involved will be confiscated less than 15%, and the maximum reward amount will not exceed 150,000 yuan;

(five) in the above reward standards, if both the fixed reward and the proportional reward conditions are met, the reward amount shall be determined according to the principle of high or low. If the whistleblower has made a special contribution or the reported case is listed as a national major case, it may not be restricted by the above-mentioned reward limit, but the maximum reward amount shall not exceed 65,438+0.5 times of the above-mentioned highest standard.

Article 6 If the same case is reported by different informants for many times, and it plays a major role in solving the case, the main reward will be given. If the effect is the same, the first whistle-blower reward will be given priority, and the reporting order will be subject to the time when the public security organ receives the report. Informants in the same case are only rewarded once, and repeated rewards are not allowed.
