How to change the mobile phone package to SMS?

If it is a basic mobile phone package, it can't be cancelled, and it can only be replaced by other packages. In general, you can change the package in the following ways:

Method 1: Click "Service-Handling-Package Change" on the mobile APP, select the package to be changed, and then follow the prompts.

The second method is to handle it through your exclusive WeChat official account (for example, Tencent Wangka users enter WeChat official account "Wangka Assistant"-"Privilege"-"Personal Center"-"Wangka Interchange").

Method 3: If the above self-service channels are unsuccessful, please bring the valid relevant certificates (examples are as follows) provided when you access the network with your own number to my business hall for consultation.

Description of valid certificate:

(1) Individual user: the owner himself shows the original valid identity document;

(2) Unit users: the unit certificate, a copy of the business license stamped with the official seal, and the valid identity certificate of the manager must be presented;

Tips:

1. After the package change is successful, the new package will take effect the next month;

2. Users of converged packages, shared combination packages, nicknames and some special packages in the province do not support online package changes for the time being;

3. Some provinces can't change the set meal in the last two days of the end of the month, so I suggest you do it in advance.
