Personnel from outside the province and employees from key industries outside the city go out to work for more than 14 days and report to the unit. It is necessary to hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours after returning to Zheng. Employees in key industries refer to employees in high-risk positions who come into contact with entry personnel, articles and the environment at land, air and water ports, employees in centralized isolation places, designated medical institutions, fever clinics, imported cold chain food processing enterprises, transportation and other industries.

2. Overseas personnel enter (return) Zheng.

According to 202 1, 65438+February, 10, Zhengzhou issued a reminder to foreigners (returnees):

1. Overseas personnel entering Zhengzhou should report to their communities after entering Zhengzhou 48 hours in advance, truthfully inform them of their personal information, health status, means of transportation (flight number) and other specific information, and actively cooperate to complete epidemic prevention and control measures such as "point-to-point" transshipment, nucleic acid detection and health screening.

2. The measures of "2 1+7+2" shall be implemented for the people in the province who enter from Zhengzhou port and whose destination is Zhengzhou, that is, after 2 1 day of centralized isolation medical observation, 7 days of health monitoring and health monitoring in Zhengzhou, nucleic acid detection shall be conducted twice (every 7 days 1 time). For medical observers who have completed centralized isolation for 14 days at other first entry ports, the "7+7+2" measures will be implemented after returning to Zheng, that is, centralized isolation or home isolation for medical observation for 7 days, health monitoring for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection twice after health monitoring (every 7 days 1 time).

3. Zheng personnel in medium and high risk and related areas (returning to China)

According to the notice of Zhengzhou Municipality on doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control during New Year's Day and Spring Festival in COVID-19:

Personnel in high-risk areas and counties (cities, districts and banners); Employees in key industries, such as land, air and water, haven't left their posts for less than 14 days, haven't reported to their work units and have no negative proof of 48-hour nucleic acid detection. In principle, high-risk posts, centralized isolation places, designated medical institutions, fever clinics, imported cold-chain food processing enterprises and vehicles are not allowed to enter (return to) Zheng.

Legal basis: Disease prevention and control institutions, medical institutions, blood collection and supply institutions and their personnel who perform the duties stipulated in the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC) shall follow the principle of territorial management of epidemic reporting and report according to the contents, procedures, methods and time limit stipulated by the health administrative department of the State Council or the State Council when discovering the epidemic situation of infectious diseases stipulated in this Law or other infectious diseases with unknown reasons. When military medical institutions provide medical services to the public, they shall report the epidemic situation of infectious diseases specified in the preceding paragraph in accordance with the provisions of the administrative department of health of the State Council.
