Provisions of Jinan Municipality on National Defense Education

(3) Senior high school students and secondary specialized school students mainly carry out national defense laws and regulations, national defense obligations and national defense common sense education;
(4) Students in institutions of higher learning mainly carry out national defense theory, national defense laws and regulations and national defense technical knowledge education.
Students' national defense education can be carried out by combining classroom education with extracurricular education. Students above senior high school should have military training classes. All kinds of schools at all levels should carry out activities to support the army and give priority to their families. Fifteenth national defense education committees at all levels shall organize the inspection and acceptance of the development of national defense education. The standards for inspection and acceptance are:
(a) to carry out national defense education in accordance with the prescribed educational content and time;
(two) the number of educated people accounted for more than eighty percent of the total number of the unit;
(3) The passing rate of the educated is over 90%;
(four) the pass rate of the examination is above 80%.
