What is an offer? How long is the offer valid?

An offer is an expression of intention for one party to conclude a contract with another party.

The valid time of the quotation is:

1. If the offer is made through dialogue, it will take effect when the other party knows its contents;

2. If it is made in a non-dialogue way, it will take effect when it reaches the counterpart;

3. In the form of data message, it generally takes effect when entering the specified specific system, or when the other party knows or should know to enter its system.

According to Article 137 of the Civil Code implemented by 202 1, the expression of will made through dialogue takes effect when the counterpart knows its contents.

Non-dialogue means it takes effect when it reaches the other party.
