How to send a short message to a phone number in the white list?

1. Open the Messages option in the SMS application or system settings.

2. In the interface of writing a new message, find the input box of the recipient. You can click on the input box and enter the phone number manually, or select the phone number in the contact list.

3. Enter the content of the short message you want to send, and fill in the information you want to convey in the text box. Please pay attention to ensure that you comply with SMS etiquette and local laws and regulations.

4. After confirming the recipient and message content, click the Send button to send the message.
