In response to the opinions and suggestions put forward by buyers on the "on-site open day", the official "Notice" clearly stated that development enterprises should promptly explain that those with quality defects should be repaired and rectified in time and fed back to buyers.

In addition, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development requires the competent department of district housing and urban-rural construction to conduct on-site verification of the setting of model houses before the development enterprises apply for pre-sale permits. In violation of the provisions of the Notice, the enterprise shall be ordered to make rectification within a time limit, and the violations shall be scored and incorporated into the credit system management.

For some time, development enterprises have over-decorated model houses and over-beautified the display of real estate, which has led to problems and opinions such as "the goods are not in the right version" and "the distribution of goods is seriously reduced". The Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development had previously studied and drafted the Notice on Further Regulating the Sales Behavior of Newly-built Commercial Housing, and publicly solicited opinions from July 9, 2026 1 to June 16.
