Procedures and conditions for handling:

1. Fill in the "Super Online Banking Application", service agreement and direct bank-enterprise service agreement of China Merchants Bank, and select the functions of inter-bank inquiry, inter-bank payment and inter-bank fund collection.

2. Submit the application to the counter, and the customer service center of the branch will accept the opening of the super online banking function and the direct connection between banks and enterprises.

3. The corporate department of the branch, the information technology department and the account manager of the branch will install it for the enterprise.

4. Enterprises apply to other banks for direct connection.

5. The corporate department and the information technology department of the branch conduct direct debugging and docking with other banks for customers.

6. The customer officially logs in for use.
