1. Actively report your itinerary

It is recommended that people from medium- and high-risk areas postpone coming to Binhai. If they really need to come to Binhai, they must present the approval certificate from the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters, carry a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and proactively report to their community 3 days in advance. , units, and hotels to report personal information, arrival time, transportation, health status and other information.

2. Arrange travel carefully

Citizens and friends are requested to pay close attention to the development of the epidemic. It is recommended to check the latest epidemic prevention and control of the destination through the Chinese government website and the State Council client applet in advance before traveling. Policies, proactively cooperate with local governments to implement epidemic prevention and control measures, and take personal protection during the journey. Do not travel to medium- and high-risk areas or epidemic-hit areas unless necessary, and do not leave the coast unless necessary.

3. Insist on good protection

Winter is the season of high incidence of respiratory infectious diseases. Citizens and friends are asked to be vigilant and continue to wear masks scientifically, wash hands frequently, stay one meter apart, and avoid gatherings. Practice good hygiene habits such as frequent ventilation and cough etiquette, and pay attention to preventing the superimposed risks of influenza and COVID-19.

4. Pay attention to health management

Pay close attention to the health status of yourself and your family, especially after returning from an outing, such as fever, cough, fatigue, sore throat, diarrhea, loss of taste, etc. If symptoms occur, do not self-medicate, wear a mask, and go to fever clinics of regular medical institutions in a timely manner. Avoid taking public transportation when seeking medical treatment. 5. Actively vaccinate
