Whether to deduct wages from leave depends on the situation.

1. If the employee's accumulated personal leave does not exceed 20 days or one-time personal leave does not exceed 15 days (excluding public holidays, the same below), the original salary will be paid as usual.

2. If a staff member's personal leave exceeds 20 days or one-time personal leave exceeds 65,438+05 days, the salary for these days shall be 70% of his basic salary.

3. If the employee asks for personal leave for more than 30 days within one year, the salary for the days exceeding shall be calculated and paid at 50% of the basic salary.

4. If the employee's accumulated personal leave for the whole year exceeds 60 days, all wages will be stopped if it exceeds 60 days.

5. Any employee who leaves his post without permission, or fails to return after the vacation expires and fails to renew his vacation, shall be treated as absenteeism. Absenteeism for 6 days or less will be deducted from the basic salary of absenteeism days; If you are absent from work for more than 7 days, you will be suspended from full pay for the month.

The way for employees to deduct wages for sick leave and personal leave is that the wages deducted for sick leave shall not be higher than 40% of the daily wages for attendance in the current month, and the wages deducted for personal leave shall generally be deducted according to the number of days that employees should attend attendance each month. When deducting sick pay, the wages of employees shall not be less than 80% of the local minimum wage.

Teachers who take sick leave will not be penalized. The specific policies are as follows:
