Introduction to the activation process of JD.COM Communication One-yuan Card;

According to the latest requirements of the real-name registration system of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, starting from 20 17 10, the newly launched access number card cannot be directly inserted after receiving the goods, and can only be activated after completing the video real-name authentication!

1. Enter the video authentication process:

When receiving the number card, the shipment will be accompanied by activation instructions. You can enter the video authentication process by scanning the activation instructions in JD.COM APP or the QR code in my JD. COM- my order-order details page on PC.

Note: Each order has an independent QR code, so please keep the activation instructions. When scanning, you need to ensure that the registered JD.COM account is the order account of the order to be activated, otherwise the operation cannot be completed.

2. Confirm the order information

After entering the video live-action process, you can get the processing information in the order. Please confirm whether this information is the identity information reserved when placing an order. After that, you can click Start Real Name Authentication to start the activation operation.

3. Video authentication.

Complete the specified operation according to the text and voice prompts on the page. After the video authentication is completed, the system will compare the captured face information with the avatar photos in your public security system.

Note: Please operate the reserved certificate information by yourself, otherwise the authentication cannot be completed. This operation requires high ambient light, please make sure that there is enough light on your face. If the authentication fails, you can operate again.

4. Get the activation result.

JD.COM will activate the number card for you after the video authentication. Generally, within half an hour after the authentication is completed, the contact number reserved in the order will receive a short message prompt of successful activation.
