There may be three reasons for not receiving information after bank card payment: network delay, cancellation of SMS notification service and unpaid SMS fee.

1. network delay: the probability of this reason is relatively low, but there is also a certain probability. If this happens, you can wait a few minutes or see if the network is good. If so, wait a few minutes. If you still can't get the text message, it's not the reason for the network delay.

2. SMS notification service is cancelled: SMS notification service is available in general online banking platforms, but this service is not added automatically and needs to be added manually. If you don't receive the payment, you can log on to the online platform to see if the SMS notification service is enabled. First, you need to log in to the online banking platform to which your bank card belongs. After logging in to the platform, click My, you will see the customer service logo, click Customer Service, and then a dialog box will appear. Enter SMS notification in the dialog box, and the customer service will automatically pop up the direct address of SMS service. Finally, click the address given by the customer service and select the corresponding bank card. Click Open to use the SMS notification service.

3. The SMS fee is not paid: if the SMS fee is not paid, you will not receive the SMS. If you have not received the payment information from the bank card, and the network is good, and the SMS notification service has been opened, you need to check whether the SMS fee has been paid. You can query on the corresponding applet, and after logging in to the corresponding applet, there will be a one-click query option. Click one-click query to find the payment information. If the SMS fee has not been paid, please click Pay Now to complete the payment. This process is generally bank card payment, and now it can also be paid through other online trading platforms. If you are afraid of forgetting to pay, you can also choose to open an automatic payment service, or you can do it through customer service.
