If you forget the mobile phone number bound by the medical insurance card, you need to change the reserved mobile phone number at the bank to which the medical insurance card belongs. The specific operation process is as follows:

1. Bring your ID card and bank card to the bank counter;

2. Inform the staff to change the binding business;

3. Fill in the change application form and queue up for the number;

4. Call the number at the counter and submit your ID card, bank card and application form;

5. Unbind the mobile phone number and verification code according to the prompt;

6. Then enter a new phone number and verification code;

7. And open SMS reminder service.
