Dinghai District Central Hospital is an institution engaged in public welfare services. 3. Recruitment objects and conditions

2. Qualification review

Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process.

(1) After the registration is completed, the qualifications of the applicants will be reviewed, and the qualification review results will be announced through the website of Dinghai District Central Hospital before December 20.

(2) After qualification review, an "Interview Notice" will be issued to those who meet the application requirements. The time for issuing the "Interview Notice" will be notified later. Each applicant is limited to applying for one position. In principle, the number of applicants should reach three times the recruitment plan. If the number of applicants is less than three times the recruitment plan, it can be determined based on the actual situation with the consent of the Dinghai District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Dinghai District Health and Family Planning Bureau.

(3) Applicants who provide false materials or intentionally conceal their true circumstances during registration and qualification review will be disqualified once verified.

(2) Examination

The exam takes the form of an interview. The full score for the interview is 100 points, and the score for passing the exam is 60 points. Those with scores lower than 60 points will not be included in the physical examination and inspection objects. The interview time is initially scheduled for late December 2018. The interview content includes testing of the candidates’ comprehensive qualities and corresponding professional abilities. The specific arrangements will be notified later.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

After the examination, the objects for physical examination and inspection will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 according to the recruitment position plan from high score to low score. The physical examination is carried out in accordance with the basic standards of the "Dinghai District Central Hospital Entry Physical Examination". Only those who pass the physical examination can enter the inspection stage, and the recruiting unit will inspect the ideological and political performance, moral character and other aspects of the candidates.

(4) Public announcement and employment

1. For those who pass the physical examination and inspection, the candidates to be hired will be determined according to their positions, and they will be announced on the website of Dinghai District Central Hospital for 5 days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no objections to the proposed personnel or if there are problems reported that will not affect the employment after verification, the personnel to be hired will be notified by phone to go through the relevant recruitment procedures. 2. The employee shall sign a labor contract with the recruiting unit and agree on a probation period in accordance with regulations. After the probation period expires, those who pass the assessment will be formally employed; those who fail will be dismissed.
