I forgot how to get my mobile banking password back.

1. Use the old mobile phone of mobile banking, and click "Forgot Password" at the bottom of the login page of mobile banking. Enter the name, ID number, account number, account password, mobile phone number, SMS verification code and other information according to the prompt, and try to reset after the face-brushing authentication is passed.

2. Click "Forgot Password" on the personal online banking login page.
