According to the agreement in the Commercial Housing Sales Contract, the owner will assist our company to sign the declaration materials of family property rights and pay the registration fee of property rights when going through the check-in formalities.

When handling household property rights, the owner shall provide the following information:

2. Two copies of the identity cards of the owner and the owner (both front and back). If the owner is unsuccessful,

If due to policy reasons, the relevant government departments will adjust the transfer registration process and need to supplement or change the information, our company will inform the owner separately.

If you don't go through the formalities within 30 days without reason, the company will hold the property you bought, and the management expenses during the holding period will still be borne by you; Those who have not gone through the relevant formalities for more than three years shall be regarded as ownerless property and handed over to the relevant departments for handling according to law.
