Mainland calling cards, no matter what kind, there are only two possibilities for not receiving SMS messages in Hong Kong:

1。 No signal/service (because roaming service is not enabled)

2。 The mobile phone is broken.

The easiest way to check is to change the calling card to another mobile phone. If there is still a signal after the phone is turned off, it is that the original phone is broken. If there is no signal after booting, there is no service.

As long as you turn on the phone, you can see if there is a signal at the top. Many unlocked pages after the phone is locked will show which operator it belongs to. However, due to the use of mainland cards in Hong Kong, it is recommended to restart the mobile phone after shutdown and wait for 2-3 minutes, because it may be slow to automatically detect the connection signal when roaming.

If there is no signal, you can entrust someone to open it in the customer service hall of the relevant operators in the mainland, but you need a service password. You can also surf the internet through WIFI, and then open the operator's APP——XX business hall on your mobile phone. However, roaming services may require a certain amount of recharge.
