How to apply for installment repayment of CCB credit card bill

1. Apply online. Cardholders need to log in to China Construction Bank Online Banking, click Apply for Bill Installment, and then follow the prompts.

2. Apply via SMS. Cardholders need to use the mobile phone number reserved with China Construction Bank to edit the text message "CCZZ#last 4 digits of card number#amount#issue" and send it to 95533, and then follow the prompts to apply.

3. Apply by phone. Cardholders only need to dial 400-820-0008. After the call is connected, select "2" and follow the voice prompts to complete the application. Or directly transfer to manual service for business processing.

4. Mobile banking application. Cardholders need to log in to the China Construction Bank mobile APP, then select the credit card, click to apply for bill installment, and then fill in the information as prompted to process.

5. Apply at the bank counter. Cardholders can go directly to any CCB branch for business processing, but they must remember to bring their ID documents.
