1. Test whether the other party can receive imessage. If it can wait for a while, it will turn blue.

2. The other party has not enabled the imessage function. If the other party has also activated the imessage function, but it is still gray, please click the recipient's name and let the Apple server check it again.

3. Turn on the "Send by SMS" option to solve this problem, as shown below:
