I forgot my cell phone number.

1. Open the palm reading application across the fire line (CF) and log in the account.

2. On the main interface of the application, there will be a symbol. Click this symbol.

3. After entering the personal interface, find and click the "System Settings" option.

4. In the setting interface, look for the option of "binding mobile phone number".

5. After entering the interface of binding the mobile phone number, there will be different options to find the option of "Unbinding the mobile phone number".

6. Click the "Unbind Mobile Phone Number" option, and the system will require some verification steps to ensure the legal owner of the account.
