First, let's see if you chose the wrong chat. There are many tabs in the chat area, and each tab can set its own display channel. If you choose to fight, you can only see the damage of the fighting content, but you can't see the information from other channels.

Second, see if the installed plug-ins conflict. Delete the plug-in folder (interface) (cut and paste it elsewhere) and watch the game again.

If you still can't see it after trying all the above methods, you must repair your client or download a new client again.
