If you use the ABC personal debit card, when the customer's account balance is insufficient or the account is in a special state such as oral loss reporting or password loss reporting, the fee for SMS notification will not be deducted at the end of the month. If the fee is not deducted for three consecutive months, the system will no longer automatically deduct the fee every month and temporarily send SMS. Within 3 months, customers can open SMS service through the counter or online banking, and only need to pay the monthly usage fee. For more than 3 months, SMS notification can only be activated through counter payment.
