Note3 SMS icon is missing, how to get it back?

If the icon of the mobile phone's own software is missing, we suggest that you:

1. If the software icon on the home screen is missing, please enter the application-click the icon you want to add and drag it to the home screen.

2. If you don't find your own software icon in the application, please check whether the application is hidden: Application-Menu button-Show hidden application.

3. Check whether the application is disabled/closed: Standby-Application-Settings-Application Manager-All-Find the icon-Click Enable.

4. Back up data (contacts, text messages, photos, etc. ) and try to restore the factory settings (Settings-Reset-Restore Factory Settings).

If the problem still exists, it is recommended that you take the machine, purchase invoice and warranty card to the local Samsung after-sales service center for testing.
