The factory pays close attention to the education around the center and strives to improve the awareness of honesty and self-discipline of cadres and workers.

Enhance the vitality of concept education. Facing young enterprises and teams, the factory has made great efforts to strengthen the construction of clean cultural base, cultivate clean concepts, carefully refine the core concept of cleanliness with unique enterprise characteristics-"Cleanliness first, warning later", and strive to create a cultural atmosphere of "being proud of cleanliness, taking cleanliness as beauty and taking cleanliness as pleasure" throughout the work practice. Through meetings, seminars, networks, special investigations, messages on clean government, public opinion guidance, etc., we will vigorously publicize the core values of enterprises and the concept of clean government culture, and put forward the requirements of "internalizing the concept education in the heart, externalizing it in the form and solidifying it in the system". Second, adhere to the openness of party affairs and government affairs, continuously enhance the transparency of work, firmly establish the concept of service, manage in service, embody service in management, and strengthen management in service. The third is to improve the target evaluation system. Adhere to the combination of quantitative and qualitative, and increase the participation of all cadres and democratic supervision in the implementation process.

Establish internal control and restraint mechanism. On the basis of striving to establish a five-star power generation enterprise of the group company, the Commission for Discipline Inspection of this factory has successively revised and improved five basic anti-corruption systems and standards, such as the Measures for Implementing the Responsibility System for Building a Clean and Honest Party Style, the Measures for Implementing the Three Major Systems, the Measures for Implementing the Three Talk Systems, and the Registration Management System for Gifts and Gifts, and urged and guided all departments to improve and perfect the standards for material management and bidding management.

Establish a risk prevention mechanism. The first is standardized management. All issues involving the immediate interests of employees are made public by the factory, which fully guarantees the employees' right to know and participate, and cooperates with departments and teams to prevent risks. The third is regular spot checks. Organize relevant department personnel to conduct joint inspection on daily work such as material procurement, project bidding, coal management, etc. every month to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with standard procedures. The fourth is grading evaluation. According to the probability of risk occurrence or the severity of harm, the risk points of clean government are divided into three levels: general, key and special concern, and marked with yellow, orange and red. The fifth is supervision and prevention. According to the different levels of risk content and power operation, hierarchical monitoring and hierarchical responsibility shall be implemented to ensure where power runs, where risk prevention measures are followed up, and where education, system and supervision are implemented.

Third, focus on strengthening supervision and carefully weave a "firewall" to prevent the risk of clean government.
