1. Please confirm whether E Shield of Bank of China has been traded over the counter. If it has been reissued, you should get the reference number and authorization code. Please use the reference number and authorization code to download the certificate through the CA certificate download link on the right side of the personal online banking login page.

2. Please check whether this BOC E-Shield CA certificate has expired through "China Bank Online Banking USBKey Digital Security Certificate Management Tool" (or through the counter of China Bank). If it is confirmed that it has expired, please bring your personal online banking card/passbook and your valid ID card/passbook to the counter outlet of China Bank for replacement.
