If the mobile phone number and email number used when registering Xiaomi account are no longer used, or if the mobile phone is not the user's own and there is Xiaomi account on the mobile phone, if the password is forgotten or unknown, and if the mobile phone system has been updated to MIUI7 system, the account cannot be unbound, and it is useless to swipe the mobile phone in general. After the phone is turned on, there will still be a Xiaomi account prompting to enter a password to activate the phone. Since the MIUI7 system is locked in the power-on state, no one can activate the mobile phone without a password. If this phone has MIUI6 system, you can find a way to downgrade to MIUI6 system to unbind the account. If this phone leaves the factory with MIUI7 system, you can only suggest going to Xiaomi for after-sales negotiation.
