I. Access conditions

1. Pigeons participating in the competition must be healthy pigeons aged 25 to 45, and must wear official anklets recognized by the Pigeon Association of this country or region in 2023.

2. In line with the principle of openness and transparency, all contestants must register with real-name registration system. Bonuses are based on real-name ID cards.

Once the pigeons enter the shed, the public shed will put the pigeons into the observation room. If pigeons have been vaccinated, it must be stated when sending pigeons. After confirming the health of racing pigeons in the public shed, they should wear electronic anklets, and then the pigeon collection will be published online.

Second, the input method

1. All members will enter the competition by real-name registration system. Format: (pigeon house name-pigeon owner name) or (pigeon owner name).

2. The return fee of100km can be used for visiting relatives. The booking fee will be officially converted into admission fee after the visit at100km. If there are no pigeons during the visit, the deposit will be refunded in full.

3. The broadcast of this100km training will be supervised by the referee of Huludao Pigeon Association and the representatives of the members of this shed, and the media will be entrusted to broadcast the video live.

Pigeons are allowed to visit pigeons after returning to their nests. Only after paying the entry fee and feeding fee of all pigeons with the same name in one lump sum according to the actual number of feathers stored in the shed within 5 days can they participate in the competition. If the pigeon owner fails to go through the payment formalities within the prescribed time limit, it will be regarded as that the pigeon owner has automatically given up the ownership of the pigeon, and the organizer has the right to do whatever he wants (not to subscribe). If the swimming shed dies or loses before the training and release of 100 km, the public shed is not responsible for compensating the racing pigeons.

Third, the time and place of pigeon mating

Four. Events, time and distance

1,180km speed race, 300km warm-up race, 400km preliminaries, 520km finals, team races, pigeon king races, pit stops and designated races.

6. Small team competition: When you hand in 6 pigeons, you can participate in the 520km final. The winner is the one with the largest number of homing feathers in the same group within 700. If the number of feathers is the same, the first feather comes first wins. 180km speed race will be divided into groups within 3 days after the race, with the number of pigeons sent by the main pigeons as the base, every 6 feathers as a group, and multiples of more than 6 feathers as another group. 7. Team competition: You can take part in the 500-kilometer final if you hand in 12 pigeons. Among 1000 people, the winner is the one with the largest number of homing feathers in the same group. If the number of feathers is the same, the first feather comes first wins. 180km speed race will be divided into groups within 3 days after the race, and each 12 feather will be divided according to the number of pigeons sent by the pigeon owner. If you send a multiple of 12 feather, the other group will be counted as A, B and C, and so on.

Measures of Jin Fu Gong Peng Competition in Liaoning Province in 2023

1. In this competition, the pigeon competition rules and judging laws and the pigeon shed rules promulgated by China Pigeon Association will be strictly implemented.

2. All competitions are supervised by referees and representatives of public shed members. 100 km toll station will start the live video broadcast of each game. Dovecote members of each station can supervise on site, and arrange free accommodation with the vehicle. Pigeons who started at 300 kilometers and scored 8, 18, 28, 38 and 48 at the previous level are responsible for the on-board supervision and release of each game.

3. In case of electronic timing system failure or other irresistible factors, the race will be cancelled, the racing pigeons will be reunited after 7 days, and the lost racing pigeons will be eliminated naturally.

4. The final pigeon collection will be checked one by one by the pigeon collection referee, and a disposable special sealing ring will be used. If the sealing ring is damaged or exposed, the result will be cancelled and the bonus distribution ranking will move down.

5. The validity of the final registration is from the first homing of homing pigeons to the end of the next day 18. If the ranking is not fully reported within the validity period, the prize money of the winning pigeon will be distributed as usual, and the remaining prize money will be evenly distributed among the unsuccessful pigeons in the cage (except the winning pigeon).
