What if oppo mobile phone can't open the MMS?

How to deal with unsuccessful reception of MMS:

(1) Delete the viewed multimedia messages in time, so as not to receive new multimedia messages because the memory of the mobile phone is full (similarly, if the mobile phone stores a large number of photos or downloads large-scale games, it needs to be cleaned up in time);

(2) Try to restart the phone. Some mobile phones will cause system instability if they are turned on for too long. If you turn off the phone and turn it on again, the reception failure may disappear.

(3) Make sure that the GPRS signal in your location is in good condition, because MMS download is realized through GPRS Internet access technology of China Mobile. If the signal is not good, you can try again later, or try again at another location;

(4) The most important thing is to confirm whether you have correctly opened the MMS service. If you are not sure, you can try to reopen it or call 10086 to ask the customer service staff to help you reopen it.
