For this reason, we solemnly remind you that starting from December 31st, we will charge a late payment fee of 3‰ per day in accordance with relevant regulations. Owners who have not paid the fees after the due date will be charged according to the "Property Management" Article 67 of Chapter 6 of the Regulations stipulates that recovery should be carried out in accordance with the law. Owners who have not paid the fees are requested to take time to pay the fees to the property management company as soon as possible.

For any housing quality problems within the warranty period, we will continue to communicate with the development and construction units to resolve them as soon as possible. Please do not confuse the quality responsibilities of the construction units with property management work. Problems such as construction quality cannot be used as an excuse to refuse to pay property fees.
