20 12 On February 20th, according to the Reply of China Securities Regulatory Commission on Approving the Sales Qualification of Shanghai Oriental Wealth Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. (Kai [2065438+02] No.206), [2] Tian Tian Fund became one of the first approved independent fund sales organizations.

On March 6th, 20 12, according to the relevant requirements of Document No.206 of CSRC, Tian Tian Fund changed its name and business scope. The company name was changed from "Shanghai Oriental Wealth Investment Consulting Co., Ltd." to "Shanghai Tian Tian Fund Sales Co., Ltd." and its business scope was changed to "Fund Sales".

In 20 17, Oriental Fortune increased the capital of Tian Tian Fund, and the registered capital of Tian Tian Fund after the capital increase was 338 million yuan.
