Call broadcasting and short message reading can't be used.

There must be a folder named TTS in the memory card, which contains voice files. If you don't find a mobile phone with the same function, copy that file to your computer or the folder name of the memory card must be TTS, and your voice broadcast settings must be turned on to work properly!
