Is chatting ambiguous legally cheating evidence?

Appraisal opinions. "(8) Records of the inquest." Evidence must be verified before it can be used as a basis for ascertaining facts. On this basis, the "expert conclusion" in Articles 124 and 171 is amended as "expert opinion".
