In order to further strengthen discipline and continuously compact the responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, three problems found in supervision and inspection are hereby notified as follows:

1. Zhao Jun, an employee of Wengfu International Trade Company, flew to Guiyang from abroad via Guangzhou on February 4, and was informed of the confirmed case on his flight on February 13, and was quarantined by Nanming District CDC on February 15. Wengfu International Trading Company reported that it returned to Guiyang on February 6 and failed to submit flight information as required. Returnees from outside the province must implement the isolation medical observation measures for 14 days, and can only take up their posts in the centralized office if their body temperature is normal and there is no close contact history. No employees? Accept a sick job? And other requirements, the company is not required to isolate the returnees from outside the province at home. The reported epidemic investigation report is not comprehensive, the information is inaccurate and the unit audit is not strict. Guizhou Fertilizer Company has not learned the lessons of other units, and the measures for epidemic prevention and control have not been implemented in place, and some cadres and workers still have weak awareness of epidemic prevention and control. Informed criticism was conducted for Guizhou Fertilizer Company, and the main party and government leaders of Guizhou Fertilizer Company were instructed to make a written inspection to the Party Committee of the Group. Guizhou Fertilizer Company puts forward opinions on handling the relevant responsible personnel, and reports them to the Group's epidemic prevention and control supervision and inspection team for confirmation before handling them.

3. Liu Yang, an employee of Wengfu Technology Engineering Company, returned to Guizhou from Anhui on February 7th. On February 13, he learned that a confirmed case was found in the same carriage of his high-speed train, and was isolated by Nanming District CDC on February 14. Wengfu Science and Technology Engineering Company timely implemented the group's epidemic prevention and control requirements. After returning to Guizhou, Liu Yang repeatedly asked him to be isolated at home and urged him to take the initiative to report the situation to the community. After returning to Guizhou, Liu Yang went to the office twice on February 8 and February 9 (which coincided with the weekend), and went out many times before being isolated by Nanming District CDC on February 14. Instruct Wengfu Science and Technology Engineering Company to put forward handling opinions on Liu Yang, and report them to the Group's epidemic prevention and control supervision and inspection team for confirmation before handling. Supervise Wengfu Science and Technology Engineering Company to take this as a warning and further strengthen the education and management of cadres and employees.

At present, the prevention and control of epidemic situation and the resumption of production of group companies have reached the most critical stage. It is not only a concrete manifestation of implementing the important decision-making arrangements of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, but also a test for party organizations at all levels and party member cadres to go all out to guard all barriers for epidemic prevention and control and create favorable conditions for full resumption of production?
