How to activate Baidu health card?

According to the requirements of the real-name registration system of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, after receiving your Baidu health card, you need to upload relevant documents according to the instructions on the product page, and the card can only be activated after it is approved.

Specific activation steps are as follows:

1. Enter the official account of "Shengka Assistant" WeChat, click "Open" > "Open Shengka" in the menu bar, or click the activation prompt link on the mobile phone card to enter the activation page;

2. Enter the last 6 digits of the ID card reserved when placing an order+the last 7 digits of the ICCID of the +USIM card without letters for real-name authentication;

3. Submit the front photo and back photo of the ID card, and record the "in vivo authentication" video according to the prompts (please confirm that the ID card information is the same as when placing the order);

4. If the approval fails, please choose "Re-upload Data" or "Manual Approval" according to the prompt (after switching to "Manual Approval", the staff will open it for you as soon as possible, so please wait patiently);

5. After approval, your calling card will be activated automatically, and a short message will be sent to the contact number reserved when you place an order.

Tips:

1. must be activated within 15 days from the date of receipt, otherwise the number will be recycled;
