Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the safety guarantee, supervision and management of electricity supply and use within the administrative region of this city. Article 3 The electric power administrative department shall be responsible for the guidance, coordination, supervision and management of the safety of electricity supply and use within its own administrative region.

Relevant departments such as industry and information technology, public security, natural resources, ecological environment, housing and urban-rural construction, transportation, water conservancy, emergency management, and market supervision shall supervise and manage the safety of electricity supply and consumption within the scope of their respective responsibilities. , if any illegal behavior or safety hazard that endangers the safety of electricity supply and consumption is discovered, the electricity administrative department at the same level shall be notified in a timely manner.

The town people's government and sub-district offices carry out the supervision and management of electricity supply and consumption safety in accordance with their responsibilities.

Village committees and residents' committees shall assist the electric power administrative department, town people's government, and sub-district offices in carrying out the supervision and management of electricity supply and consumption safety. Chapter 2 Safety Guarantee Article 9 Power supply enterprises shall strengthen power supply safety management, improve power supply safety conditions, and ensure power supply safety.

Electricity users should strengthen electricity safety management, improve electricity safety conditions, and ensure electricity safety. Article 10 The owners of power supply facilities and power receiving facilities shall maintain and manage their own property power facilities in accordance with national and industry standards, install safety protection devices and safety signs, and bear corresponding legal responsibilities based on ownership ownership.

Article 11 Power supply enterprises shall perform their responsibilities for safe power supply in accordance with laws, regulations, rules and power supply and use contracts, and undertake the following obligations:

(1) Disclose service standards, tariff standards and other information to the public to provide The society shall provide safe, convenient, stable and reasonably priced services, and relevant entities shall not be forced to accept unreasonable service conditions or charge unreasonable fees in any name;
