Honor mobile phone cannot receive verification code

The service will be suspended in case of arrears and the number will be saved to the private space.

1. Shutdown due to arrears. You can call the people around you to check whether the phone is down. If the phone is out of service, you will not be able to receive the verification code text message.

2. Save the number to the private space. Enter the settings, search and enter the private space, open the information and check if there are any received text messages. If so, migrate the number to the main space and try to see if you can receive the SMS verification code text message.
