What kind of work is suitable for novice on-site contracting?

The work of moving bricks on site is suitable for novices who can't do anything. Other newcomers who know a little can do the following:

1. Workers: They were all introduced by relatives and friends. There are handyman, carpenter, steel bar worker and formwork worker. Handymen don't need any skill level, they can do coolies. The latter three types of workers need a little experience.

2. Technician: The major recruitment websites submit resumes and participate in double-election meetings and presentations. The premise is that you have a degree, secondary school or junior college, and you can be a technician in the construction team. Undergraduate courses can be employed in state-owned enterprise construction units, and graduate students generally do not come to the construction site.

Precautions:

There are two kinds of contractors, one is the contractor who leads a group of people to do things, and the other is the construction company and contractor who have formal construction qualifications.

Generally speaking, most of our contractors belong to the first type. They are not qualified for construction, and they are project managers in the name of a construction company. They undertake projects through construction companies, manage the construction site, and are usually responsible for contracting a certain type of work, such as carpentry, water and electricity, fire fighting construction, etc.

Most of our country belongs to the first kind of operation, which is illegal and prohibited by the state. It is one of the main reasons for the arrears of wages for migrant workers, because the project funds are in the accounts of affiliated companies, not in the hands of the contractor, and are easily used for other purposes.
